HUSTLR Terms of Service

Gateway Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates HUSTLR (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using HUSTLR, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. License Grant
HUSTLR is licensed, not sold, to you by Gateway Holdings LLC. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by your country’s laws) to use HUSTLR. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration
Some features require creating an account. By registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription or purchase. By purchasing, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees through your app store account.
Authorize recurring charges until canceled.
Cancel subscriptions through your app store before renewal to avoid charges.
Free Trials: If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
Refund Policy — No Refunds:
All payments, including subscription fees and one-time purchases, are final and non-refundable. This applies whether or not you use the service, unless otherwise required by applicable law or by the app store policies where the purchase was made.

5. User Content & Conduct
If the App allows you to submit or share content, you agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:
Violates laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property).
Contains harmful, abusive, obscene, or explicit material.
Encourages illegal activity, self-harm, or harassment.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Community Guidelines
When interacting with other users, you agree to:
Treat others with respect and professionalism.
No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
Keep discussions relevant to the purpose of the community.
Not upload, post, or transmit any explicit content, including but not limited to pornography, graphic violence, or gore.
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.

7. Privacy & Data Usage
We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using HUSTLR, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of data, including anonymized analytics.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to HUSTLR are owned by or licensed to Gateway Holdings LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.
By submitting content (if applicable), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the App.

9. Third-Party Services
The App may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Health, Wellness & Results Disclaimer
HUSTLR may provide tools, resources, or suggestions for productivity, business, or lifestyle improvement. These are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.
We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results from using the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
HUSTLR is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Gateway Holdings LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
The App being error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Accuracy or reliability of results obtained through the App.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gateway Holdings LLC is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, profits, or reputation.
Issues caused by third-party services, unauthorized access, or misuse of the App.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gateway Holdings LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
Your use or misuse of HUSTLR.
Violation of these Terms.
Violation of third-party rights.

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to HUSTLR at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of HUSTLR after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

18. Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
